ProxiStep Passive Hip Assistance for MS Mobility

ProxiStep is a passive lower-extremity orthotic device designed to assist individuals with proximal muscle weakness, especially those with multiple sclerosis. The system supports hip flexion during walking, helping users lift the leg more easily, improve gait posture and balance, and reduce the effort required to take each step. Designed as an affordable, non-electronic wearable solution, ProxiStep focuses on simplicity, comfort, and practical mobility support for people with asymmetric lower-body weakness.
